Functional Analyst

MISSION

• Spreading the word about ISSHO to partners and clients, knowing how to interpret the product’s impact on the client’s business; 
• Knowing the product’s functionalities and proposing its functional evolution, managing major versions;
• Developing and maintaining promotional materials;
• Managing social media communications;
• Being the first line of interaction with customers when they raise incidents or make suggestions for improvement;
• Providing functional support to partners;
• Developing and maintaining the content of user manuals;
• Carrying out training activities with partners, including developing the necessary materials and certification tests;
• Carrying out functional tests on the product, being responsible for the UATs.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Academic qualifications in an area relevant to the role
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Commercial training (preferred)
• Availability for hybrid work
